COSY COTTAGE LOCH AWE
BEAUTIFUL TRADITIONAL FORESTRY COTTAGE IN THE TINY VILLAGE OF EREDINE CLOSE TO LOCH AWE ARGYLL

Three bedroom semi-detached cottage.

The property is in an area of outstanding naturalbeauty if you are looking to get away from it all this is certainly for you.
The views from the back garden of the loch are spectacular.
This cottage is quite remote and certainly takes you into an area of seclusion so hard to find these days. A perfect get away from it all break.
 
 this area of Scotland is one which is not yet on the map for tourists, and although my view is biased personally I find it the best as it is extremely quiet and all the wild animals and beautiful forests are all around you, the loch Awe is the longest freshwater loch in the whole of the Country extending to some 25 miles.

Thecottage would sleep 5 comfortably, plus a child from birth to four years of age beautiful turned dark oak cot bed now available. . There is a single downstairs bedroom, with a downstairs bathroom (originalcast iron bath which really makes you relax it is so deep) the water for the bath can be heated from the open fire or with the electric heater athough the fire obviously looks so good on an evening cosying up with a good book and a bottle.

There is a fully working oak fitted kitchen with full electric integrated hob. Wall mounted single oven with grill. Small microwave, small dishwasher, washing machine,fridge freezer, kettle and pots and pans and all crockery and utensils.

Utility room which at the moment holds a small table and chairs for meals (a bit of a squeeze though for four) . There is room if you would prefer to move the table and chairs into the kitchen, there are also two more dining chairs in the upstairs bedroom if seating required for 6.

The Lounge is quite large with the two photos to the left of the house being the windows to the lounge where you can sit and watch the siskins feeding from the bird table. Stunning cast iron fireplace looks absolutely beautiful when the fire is lit. Three seater leather recliner and one recliner armchair. Television with DVD player, Sky Free view and a radio to listen to on an evening. Please note I have altered the seating of the three seater to a two seater both reclining to near the fire, and the middle section making another seat with the arm chair across the room.

The main double has a 4' 6" double this room having a velux window recently installed with beautiful views of the Loch on an evening and of the stars at night.. King Size Feather Duvet. Electric all night overblanket

The second bedroom, is probably the largest and does have a 4' bed in the room. King Size Feather  Duvet.electric all night over blanket

Turned dark oak cot bed for a child from birth to four years of age, space available for this in the second bedroom with new mattress, you would need to put this up yourselves and take all cot linen with you. There are the cot bumbers 

Third downstairs bedroom with one single electric adjustable singlebed and wardrobe and drawers. Standard Feather  duvet. bathroom is right next door to this bedroom for ideal for disabled or folks who cannot tackle staircases anymore with shackleton high seat chair easier to get out of.  Electric single all night over blanket

The grounds to the front,have a hardgravel and grass areawhich would take two cars, with care.

Logs and coal are available Coal at cost at £11 per sack Logs if available £5 per sack, you may have to split your own though, log splitter and a kindling axe are in the shed for your use.
 
Please note I do now ask for a bond of £100 as I am asking that all guests leave the cottage in excellent condition for the next guests, and that you let me know what coal and logs you think you may have used which I shall take for out of this and return once my keyholders have made sure there are no breakages, damage or the house left untidy.
