Guests can arrive anytime after 4pm on the starting date.
Guests must vacate the premises no later that 11am at the end of the holiday. ensuring that mattress protectors have been put in the washer and clean ones out of the linen cupboard put on the beds for the next arrivals.
100 units of electricity is included in the booking price. This is more than enough to cover a week, provided that you do not leave the immersion heater on continually.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Duvets and pillows are included.
Coal for heating is supplied at cost. £11 per sack coal £5 per sack logs, although you may have to split the logs yourself. I do ask that guests advise me after their stay of how much fuel they have used.
£100 refundable deposit is required returnable on leaving the cottage in excellent order for next guests, there is a probable certainty that guests will be arrving after your departure and deductions made for coal or logs used.
Pets are allowed two maximum with a small charge of £15 per week per pet.
Smoking is allowed in the lounge only where the smoke will dissipate up the chimney.
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate all male fishing parties.
